It is the Aim of the Club to...

1. Maximise recreation and leisure opportunities for the people of the Torquay and district community.

2. Promote and foster the game of Australian Rules football within our community.

3. Provide an enjoyable, comfortable, safe and rewarding environment for all people associated with the Club.

4. Ensure the development needs of football are met on an ongoing basis so that future senior teams of the Club are ‘generated from within’.

5. Liaise, communicate and cooperate with other key community stakeholders to ensure the continued development and growth of the Club and its aims.
