Some of the major ideas to emerge from the 20-page document include:
STRUGGLING Geelong Football League clubs facing a predicament similar to North Shore could be relegated to the Bellarine league within two years.
The program for the remaining 5 weeks of football pre-season training appears below.
There's an intra-club match at Anglesea this Friday evening, with a practice match against Epping on Saturday March 13th at Spring Creek.
The following Saturday, March 20th, we have a second match against Kilmore also at Spring Creek.

The fifth week of training took place in less than ideal conditions at the Torquay courts.
To their credit, close to 40 girls turned out for our first training involving an actual ball, netball court and loads of rain.
Kim Whitman, along with other senior coaches, put the girls through their passing skills with a warm up jog and a circuit involving ball work.
TORQUAY will launch its BFL premiership assault this year with a bolstered spine but is still on the hunt for an injection of match-winning midfielders.The Tigers are well positioned to advance on last year's premiership tilt, which ended at the hands of eventual premier Drysdale in a heartbreaking preliminary final loss.
